Shipping policy

Processing orders take 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Jamea"s Jewelry Box ships only Thursdays and Fridays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information.

Should your package be returned due to incorrect shipping information you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.

Once your package is shipped, Jamea"s Jewelry Box is not responsible for any delivery issues You will need to contact the mail carrier for  further assistance.
